Firm History:

C & I Design, Inc. was founded in 1998. Our offices are located in Franklin, Tennessee approximately 15 miles south of downtown Nashville. Our office is near the interstate system giving us quick access to I-65 and is 20 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. Members of our firm have been providing architectural, interior design, and planning services for our clients for over thirty years, and our staff collectively brings over sixty years of experience to the table in the architectural arena.

As an accomplished, award-winning, design firm, our areas of expertise provide for a diverse client base with a primary focus in sports/recreational architecture with additional, wide-ranging experience in healthcare, educational, correctional, commercial, industrial, municipal, multi-family residential, religious, and mixed-use architecture. C & I Design, Inc. specializes in the areas of master planning, site feasibility studies, project programming, and architectural and interior design.

• Principals and project leaders are responsible for the project from start to finish and are intimately involved at all phases of your project on a daily basis.
• Demonstrates the experience to successfully complete the complexities involved with expanding and/or renovating existing facilities, and the ability to work through coordination of freestanding, ground-up construction, and expertise to plan for phased developments.
• Demonstrates over 35 years of experience in AutoCADD and related computer applications.
• Demonstrates extensive experience in various project delivery approaches. The team has successfully worked with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Negotiated project delivery scenarios and has decades of experience working directly with owners and with owner’s representatives and construction managers.
